1How will our relationship work?
Since we know we must earn your continued patronage on each visit, we don’t use contracts. We depend on open communications. If you are happy, refer a friend. Also let us know of any way we may better serve you
2What are your rates?
Our pricing is completely individualized. Our experience have helped us learn that every situation is unique. We base our pricing on many factors, such as frequency, duties requested to be performed, chemicals used, restocking of items, etc.
3What is Able Cleaning’s cancellation policy?
Able Cleaning plans its schedule carefully to ensure we arrive at each office within the allotted time frame. Therefore, we ask you to please cancel or reschedule any appointments 24 hours prior to when scheduled. If you must make a last-minute cancellation after this time, Able Cleaning will charge a $25 cancellation fee. If you do not alert Able Cleaning customer service and an Able Cleaning team member shows up for the appointment, then Able Cleaning will charge a $50 fee.
4Do I need to provide any supplies or equipment?
For your convenience, equipment and normal supplies are provided by Able Cleaning. If you prefer, we can use your supplies. Full restocking of all supplies for your commercial office is available.
5How often can I schedule my commercial office cleaning?
Most of our customers prefer daily cleanings to be performed after business hours. However, we also clean facilities more or less frequently, or as needed.
6Are the employees insured and bonded?
All of Able Cleaning, Inc. employees are insured and bonded, and are direct employees of the company.
7What are my payment options?
Simply leave a check or cash on the counter top at the time of cleaning.
8Do I have to give Able Cleaning office keys?
Most of our clients provide our team with a key in case there are no employees present when we begin our work (normally after business hours). Your key is kept safely in a lock box when not being used by the team. Some customers have an alternative method with which they are more comfortable. We also can arrange a time for you to meet us at the facility.
9Will I always have the same cleaners?
Able Cleaning understands the importance of continuity in cleaners. We prioritize keeping each customer with the assigned cleaner. However, if your cleaning team is ill or on vacation, we will assign another trained and competent cleaner to you.
