JOB SUMMARY:

The Accounts Manager is responsible for supervising multiple accounts of our commercial cleaning and supply services and ensuring open communication with clients.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance of client job site
  • Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner
  • Ensures that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that projects are profitable
  • Provides regular two-way communication between the client and team, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations
  • Coordinate team’s activities with other departments to ensure our services are provided in the most efficient manner possible
  • Responsible for planning and preparing cleaning technician work schedules
  • Establishes and implements operations standards
  • Investigates complaints about service and equipment
  • Directly supervises and coordinates work activities of the cleaning and maintenance personnel
  • Maintains working knowledge of opening, closing, and securing all facilities
  • Conducts frequent checks of maintenance closets and equipment of safety and cleanliness
  • Provides on the job training
  • Ensures proper use of supplies and equipment through the training and development of cleaning technicians and team leaders
  • Ensures that all locations are properly staffed daily by monitoring the clock system
  • Completes special projects or additional duties as required

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English a must
  • Proven Account Management skills required in order to create, maintain, and enhance customer relationships
  • Has working knowledge of budget analysis, labor distribution, field reports, and other pertinent records
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Technical knowledge in all facets of commercial cleaning including administrative duties
  • Be able to operate all types of cleaning machinery and equipment
  • Flexible schedule that allows for both day and evening shifts
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Must have excellent analytical and supervisory skills, strong time management, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift objects that exceed 25 lbs. and carry objects that weigh up to 10 lbs.
  • Reliable transportation
